 LIVER RESCUE TEA 200g: Place 1 tbsp in an infuser or teapot with 2 cups of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes. Str in some raw honey to taste, if desired. Makes 50 cups.

HIBISCUS TEA 300g: Place 1 tsp in an infuser or teapot, with 1 cup of boiling water. Infuse for 5 minutes. Makes 150 cups.

LEMON BALM TEA 70g: Place 1 tsp in an infuser or teapot, with 250ml of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. Enjoy! Makes 140 cups.
