1. Eligibility:

• Entries are open worldwide. 

• Entrants must be 18 years or older.

• Employees of Puresia and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:

• Entries must be submitted via the submission form on The Healthy Kitchen recipe competition page.

• Each recipe submitted counts as one submission. Multiple entries are allowed and encouraged.

• Each recipe must include:

• A list of ingredients

• Clear step-by-step instructions

• A photo of the finished recipe
  

• Recipes must be original creations by the entrant. Recipes copied directly from cookbooks, websites, or other sources will not be accepted.

• All recipes must comply with Medical Medium protocols and exclude “no foods” and other non-recommended ingredients (e.g. cacao).

3. Submission Rules:

• Entries must include the recipe ingredients, instructions and a photo of the dish.

• Submissions must be received before the advertised closing date. Late entries will not be considered.

• Puresia reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, offensive, or do not meet competition guidelines.
  
  

4. Use of Entries:

• By submitting an entry, entrants grant Puresia the right to use, reproduce, publish, and share their recipe, photo, name, and social media handle across Puresia’s website, emails, and social media channels, with credit to the creator.

• Recipes may also be featured in Puresia’s Healing Kitchen recipe section, newsletters, and future promotional materials, with credit to the creator.

• Recipes must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.
  
  

5. Prizes:

• Prize details, including value and number of winners, is specified on The Healing Kitchen recipe competition page.

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  
  

6. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be chosen by Puresia, based on creativity, adherence to Medical Medium guidelines, and overall appeal.

• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their submission and also announced on Puresia's instagram and facebook pages.

• The end date of the competition is listed on the recipe competition page. Any late entries will not be considered.

• The judges of this competition are Alana Adolfo (Founder) and Anna (to.heal.from.within)

7. Liability:

• Puresia accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

• Puresia is not responsible for any technical issues that may delay or prevent submission.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puresia will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the competition or accepting a prize.
  
  

8. Privacy:

• Personal information provided will only be used for the administration of this competition and in accordance with Puresia’s Privacy Policy.

• By entering, participants consent to their information being used as outlined above.
  
  

9. General:

• By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• Puresia reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
