Q:  When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to have your order posted within 24-48 hours of placing your order, Monday-Friday (AEST). Please note that orders will not be shipped on Victorian public holidays. If we have any delays, we will let you know ASAP.


Q: How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our customer care team at Be sure to check your spam folder too! 


Q: How long will it take to receive my order? 

All of our orders are sent via Australia Post. 

Standard delivery in Australia: 3-9 business days

Regional & rural areas: Expect an additional 2-3 business days

Express Post delivery in Australia: 1-3 days

Standard delivery to NZ: 3-10 business days

Express delivery to NZ: 5-8 business days

Q: How much is delivery?

Domestic Australia: For orders under $100, standard shipping is $10 and express shipping $15. For orders over $100 we provide free standard shipping with an option of adding express shipping for $5.

New Zealand: For orders under $89.99AUD, standard shipping is $18AUD and express shipping $33AUD. For orders between $90-$169.99AUD standard shipping is $12AUD and express shipping $27 and orders over $170 standard shipping is free and express shipping is $15. 


Q: Do you deliver worldwide?

No. We only ship to Australia and New Zealand.     


Q: What if I put in my address wrong?

Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately it is too late to change your address and Puresia is not liable to resend your order. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for a further shipping fee. Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or replacement for incorrect addresses provided.
