We are happy to replace any product that is faulty and/or damaged. Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

We do not offer any exchanges or refunds due to change of mind due to the nature of the product. 

Please contact our customer care team before commencing the return process at: info@puresia.com.au. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

This is completely normal and a natural sign of purity.

Why clumping can occur

Clumping may occur or increase due to:

Hot or humid weather, Extended periods without use, Exposure to moisture or air when packaging isn’t sealed properly, Storage near heat sources like stoves, ovens, or fridges.

Juice powders, like Barley Grass Juice Powder, naturally tend to clump more than regular green powders—and the same goes for our Red Dragon Fruit Powder.

How to reduce clumping

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, Always seal your pouch or bottle tightly after each use, Keep away from humid environments, including areas near fridges, stoves, or ovens

If not used regularly, give the product a gentle stir or shake every so often to help keep the texture loose and prevent clumping over time

Loyalty Rewards Program Details

Using your Loyalty Rewards

Once you have created an account on our website, you are eligible to start earning and redeeming Loyalty points. As stated above, to earn points you will need to be logged in each time you place an order (through the Rewards icon). 

If you would like to see how many points you have earned, just click on the Rewards icon, log in and it will appear here. 

When you have earned enough points, you can start redeeming rewards. The rewards you have created will appear in the Ways to Redeem section of the widget. 

If you click Redeem on a reward, a discount code will be generated that you can copy and apply to your next order at checkout. Once a reward has been redeemed, its points value will be deducted from your reward total.

Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your order has been dispatched, unfortunately it is too late to change your address and Puresia is not liable to resend your order. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for a further shipping fee. Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or replacement for incorrect addresses provided. 

Our products are packed in a facility that also handles all types of known allergens.

All allergenic ingredients are handled in a separate, dedicated space that’s isolated from where our products are made.

Our items are packed in an allergen-free room. With full HACCP certification, our manufacturer adheres to rigorous allergen control measures and performs deep cleaning between every batch to prevent cross-contamination.

Our mix follows US measurements, as that’s what the original recipe is based on. US tablespoons (14.78ml) are smaller than Australian tablespoons (20ml), which can make a difference in measurements.

To ensure accuracy, we’ve weighed each individual ingredient according to the recipe using this metric, and the total mix comes to 23 grams. This equates to approximately 2 Australian tablespoons. Each ingredient weighs very differently, for example, dulse is a very light and low-density ingredient, so 1 tablespoon of dulse doesn’t contribute much in terms of weight.

Our chaga is the powder of the whole chaga, and not an extract powder. This means that you are receiving the nutrients from the whole chaga. 

Extract powders are soluble in water, however since our powder is not an extract, it is not soluble in water. 

To use it as a tea, all you need to do is put 1 teaspoon in a tea infuser and infuse for a few minutes. These instructions are on the packet.
