1. About the Initiative

Puresia Helping Hands is a monthly support initiative designed to assist individuals experiencing medical and/or financial hardship. The initiative provides Puresia store vouchers to help offset the cost of nourishment and support healing during challenging times.

2. Voucher Details

Each month, Puresia will provide three (3) store vouchers valued at $150 AUD each. Vouchers are valid for use on the Puresia website only and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

3. Application Period

Applications open on the 1st day of each month and close on the last day of each month. Please note that if you would like to be considered for additional months, you’ll need to submit a new form for each month. Only submissions received within that specific month will be reviewed. The three selected recipients will be notified at the beginning of the following month.

4. Eligibility

This initiative is available to Australian and New Zealand residents only. Applicants must be experiencing medical and/or financial hardship at the time of application.

5. Selection Process

Recipients are selected at Puresia’s discretion based on the information provided in the application. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. All decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

Puresia will do its best to treat all information shared by applicants with care, respect, and sensitivity. While we aim to keep information confidential, applications are submitted via digital platforms and we cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of all electronic communications. Applicants are encouraged to share only information they feel comfortable submitting online.

7. Use of Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise and are valid only for eligible products on the Puresia website.

8. Changes to the Initiative

Puresia reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Helping Hands initiative at any time without prior notice.

9. General

By submitting an application, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
