Vegan spirulina Pancakes

Serves: 2


  • 100g gluten free flour
  • 170ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp Spirulina
  • 1 tsp organic cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla (optional)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 mashed ripe banana
  • Coconut oil for the pan


  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until it reaches a thick batter consistency. If it is too thick you may need to add in a little more almond milk. 
  2. Pour some of the pancake batter and cook first side until it starts to bubble on top, flip and cook until cooked through. Do this process until all batter is used. 
  3. Top with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
