Wild Blueberry Bliss Balls

Makes 14 balls

  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup pitted dates
  • ½ cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbs Puresia wild blueberry powder
  • 2 tbs maple syrup- optional (If this is not added you may need to put in more water)
  • 3 tbsp water
  • Pinch himalayan sea salt, optional
  • Extra desiccated coconut and wild blueberry powder to coat, if desired  


  1. Process the almonds in a food processor until it reaches a course flour. 
  2. Add in the dates and process until combined. 
  3. Add in all of the other ingredients and process until the mixture sticks together. 
  4. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls. Cover with extra desiccated coconut and wild blueberry powder if desired. 
  5. Enjoy!
