Wild Blueberry Bliss Balls
Makes 14 balls
Ingredients:- 1 cup almonds
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 3/4 cup pitted dates
- ½ cup raw cacao powder
- 2 tbs Puresia wild blueberry powder
- 2 tbs maple syrup- optional (If this is not added you may need to put in more water)
- 3 tbsp water
- Pinch himalayan sea salt, optional
- Extra desiccated coconut and wild blueberry powder to coat, if desired
Directions:
- Process the almonds in a food processor until it reaches a course flour.
- Add in the dates and process until combined.
- Add in all of the other ingredients and process until the mixture sticks together.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls. Cover with extra desiccated coconut and wild blueberry powder if desired.
